Cocina Libre is proud to partner with Longer Tables for an unforgettable event: the Mile Long Table, happening Saturday, July 26th on the Auraria Campus in Denver.
Together with 5,280 people from across the city, we’ll gather at the longest table in America to share a meal, share our stories, and celebrate the power of community. At Cocina Libre, we know that the table isn’t just where we eat—it’s where we connect, listen, and see each other as fully human.

Documentary Screening
Join us for an evening of storytelling, food, and community at Convivio Café as we screen the Cocina Libre documentary—an intimate look into the lives, kitchens, and journeys of immigrant chefs who are reshaping the food landscape through resilience and resistance.
